The Melville Foreshore has the minimum requirements in regard to facilities, but it is a nice place for a walk along the waterfront. There is a single toilet with wheelchair access. This place is very popular for windsurfers and wing-surfers and on a good (windy) day provides some good entertainment. On these days parking becomes a bit of an issue, but his is mainly the case in the afternoon, once the sea breeze sets in.
